We will make a turkey for the first time as we dont eat the traditional ham (well I do but not the rest of the family) We dont eat browns sauce , but brown beans. And prince sausages and Janssons temptation and meatballs and loads of stuff. We eat porridge made of rice and we allso eat it again later with whipped cream put in it and oranges in pieces or mandarines. Thats really Yummy but very fat. We eat raw fish with potatoe and sourcream, (ask Special K how it tastes) #happy1#

not that I cook atall but we always have a breakfast of smoked salmon bacon and bagels so xmas lunch is more like 4 or 5 o clock and will be turkey and roast beef sprouts done in some form so they are not recognisable as sprouts (why bother the question comes to mind) parsnips roasted, carrots in honey, roasted potatoes, peas (only veg half the kids eat). Stuffing lots of - gravy lots of - homemade horseradish cranberry and bread sauces - little sausage things wrapped in bacon.
Cheistmas pudding or chocolate steamed pudding
Tescos finest custard and extra thick cream
chocolates
and of course champagne
red wine - chateux neuf de pape
Port
then zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and indigestion tablets
